Is it safe to share my power plant data on Deklara?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Data is hosted on EU-West infrastructure (GDPR Art. 28). Digital signature certificates are AES-256 encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the browser or transmitted in plain text. Fiscal data retention meets Italy's mandatory 10-year obligation.

Which power plant types are supported?

Accepted Answer

Deklara supports all types under Arts. 52-54 TUA: exempt renewable production, excise-liable production, purchase with mixed use, storage systems (BESS) and internal distribution networks (RIU). Each declarant has its own pre-configured set of AD-1 quadri.

Can I manage multiple clients' power plants?

Accepted Answer

Yes, via the Consultant add-on (+€199 one-time, first 3 clients included, then +€49 one-time per additional client per VAT number). Unlocks the multi-client dashboard, per-client data separation and batch export. Available on any self-serve plan.

When are the 2026 semi-annual AD-1 deadlines?

Under D.Lgs. 43/2025 declarations are now semi-annual: H1 2026 (January-June) is due 30 September 2026; H2 2026 (July-December) is due 31 March 2027. Deklara sends automatic reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before each deadline.
