You manage the declarations through the Deklara portal. Guided wizard for the 8 AD-1 quadri, automatic excise calculation, preview PDF, immutable audit log. Regulatory updates included.

The Deklara team prepares and submits the AD-1 declaration for you. You provide readings and data, we do the rest. Annual only, direct contact.

Pricing questions
- How much does Deklara cost?
- Solo (self-serve) from €199/year (1 plant) to €1,849/year (up to 25), with multi-year discounts: -15% over 3 years, -30% over 5 years. Zero (managed service): €399-€1,499/year for 1-5 plants (annual only), custom quote beyond. All prices exclude VAT.
- What is included in the annual price?
- All portal features: AD-1 wizard for all 8 declarant categories, automatic excise calculation by bracket (Art. 52 TUA), preview PDF, immutable audit log, automatic regulatory updates (e.g. D.Lgs. 43/2025, DM 10 March 2026), trilingual interface IT/DE/EN, 10-year retention, EU-West hosting with GDPR Art. 28 DPAs.
- Can I manage multiple clients' plants as a consultant?
- Yes, via the Consultant Add-on (+€199 one-time, free until 30/09/2026, first 3 clients included, then +€49 per additional client per VAT number). Unlocks multi-client dashboard, per-VAT data separation, and batch export. Available on any Solo (self-serve) plan.
- Are multi-year prices per year or total?
- Multi-year prices are per year. Example: the up-to-5 plants plan costs €509/year on a 3-year term (total €1,527 prepaid), instead of €599/year annual. Save -15% over 3 years and -30% over 5 years.
- Can I switch from Solo (self-serve) to Zero later?
- Yes. You can switch from Solo (self-serve) to the managed Zero service at any time by emailing support@deklara.it. No migration fee, only the prorated balance for the remaining term.
- What happens after the first year?
- Automatic renewal at the same listed price for your plan. Cancel any time before the renewal date from the portal, no penalties. Plan changes (more or fewer plants) possible at end of term.
