- Do I have to be the holder of the client's power plant?
- No. The sottoscrittore of the AD-1 declaration can be different from the power plant holder (Circolare ADM 6/2022). You sign as a consultant under a special power of attorney; the client remains the legal representative and license holder. Deklara handles this separation natively.
- How much does the consultant plan cost?
- Public pricing, VAT excluded: Solo plan €199/year + Consultant add-on €199 one-time (free until September 30, 2026). Your first 3 clients are included; beyond that, +€49/year per additional VAT number. For firms with 10+ clients, contact us for a custom quote.
- What does the Consultant add-on cover?
- Multi-client dashboard, data separation by VAT number, XML and PDF export for the client file, and centralized audit trail. It does not cover the ADM power of attorney itself, which remains the consultant's responsibility under Circolare ADM 6/2022.
- Can I sign AD-1 declarations on behalf of clients?
- Yes, provided you hold a special ADM power of attorney (Circolare ADM 6/2022) signed digitally by the client's legal representative. The power of attorney is uploaded to Deklara once per client and covers all AD-1 filings for the specified power plant. You are the sottoscrittore; the client remains the holder.
