For tax advisors
AD-1 and F24 ACCISE for tax advisors, no excise specialization required
Deklara prepares the AD-1 consumption return and supports the F24 ACCISE payment form for your power plant clients, even if electricity excise is not your core practice area. Guided wizard, F24 ACCISE for ordinary payments and ravvedimento operoso (voluntary self-disclosure), and a consolidated deadline calendar for the whole firm.
What changes for a tax firm
F24 ACCISE supported
F24 ACCISE supported for the ordinary payment and ravvedimento operoso. Amount, reference period, and competent office calculation integrated into the AD-1 workflow.
Automatic ravvedimento operoso
For late payments, Deklara calculates interest and the reduced penalty under current regulations, separating excise, interest, and penalty within the F24 ACCISE workflow.
Plain-language wizard for D.Lgs. 43/2025
Excise law is a niche area, so Deklara breaks it into numbered steps. Each quadro has a plain-Italian note explaining what to enter and where to find it (energy invoices, energy balance, meter readings). Built for advisors who don't see AD-1 every day.
Consolidated firm-wide deadline calendar
Every AD-1 deadline for your power plant clients in one view. H1 September 30, 2026; H2 March 31, 2027; monthly advance payments by the 16th. Email reminders before each deadline, per client. Filter by status (draft / submitted / completed) and by VAT number.
Encrypted cloud storage for client documents
Upload energy invoices, ADM licenses, powers of attorney, and energy balances per client. Files sit in the cloud with encryption at rest, accessible only via authenticated session. 10-year retention for Italian fiscal compliance, with a change log.
Audit trail to defend against ADM disputes
Change log per client: who edited what, when, from which IP. Essential traceability if ADM opens an audit (Art. 53 TUA) or contests a return. PDF export for the client file.
FAQs for tax advisors
- Can a tax advisor sign a client's AD-1 return?
- Yes, provided you hold a special ADM power of attorney (Circ. ADM 6/2022) digitally signed by the client's legal representative. The power of attorney is uploaded to Deklara once per client and covers every AD-1 obligation. The sottoscrittore (signing party) is the tax advisor; the holder of the power plant remains the client.
- What's the difference between a tax advisor and an energy consultant for AD-1?
- The energy consultant specializes in the technical side (consumption data, exemptions, quadro classifications). The tax advisor handles the fiscal and accounting side (F24, ravvedimento, audit support, bookkeeping). Deklara serves both: the technical fields are guided for advisors who aren't excise specialists.
- How does Deklara fit into a tax firm's workflow?
- Import power plant clients one row per VAT number, upload the ADM license, power of attorney, and energy invoices, and Deklara takes care of the rest: quadro wizard, excise calculation, F24 ACCISE supported, calendar deadlines. PDF and XML export for the client file. No integration with firm-management software for now: Deklara stays standalone.
- What changes for power plant clients under D.Lgs. 43/2025?
- Three key shifts: (1) semiannual H1+H2 filing instead of one annual return; (2) mandatory monthly advance payments by the 16th of the following month; (3) surety bond reduced from the previous regime, sized against estimated annual excise. DM March 10, 2026 confirmed the file formats and forms. Deklara applies all these changes automatically.
- Which plan should I pick if I have 3 power plant clients in my firm?
- Solo plan at €199/year plus the Consultant add-on at €199 one-time (free until September 30, 2026). The first 3 clients are included; above that, €49/year per additional client. For firms with 10+ power plant clients, contact us for a custom quote: the managed Zero plan typically saves more time at that scale.
